Welcome to DayDayDate ("we", "the service"). By signing up or using the service you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to use DayDayDate. You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you spot unauthorised use.
Content we provide
We work hard to keep places, hours, prices and event info accurate and current, but make no guarantee any data is fully accurate or real-time. Verify before you go.
Real-world safety
DayDayDate helps you plan and navigate real-world outings. You are responsible for your own safety and decisions when travelling to and around any venue, and when meeting other people. Check opening hours, conditions and your surroundings, and use your own judgement. We are not responsible for anything that happens during a date or outing.
Payments & subscriptions
Some features are paid. Sparks are a virtual in-app item, and DayDayDate+ (ad-free) is an auto-renewable subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID at the price shown in the app. • Auto-renewal: the ad-free subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends; your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours before renewal. • Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID → Subscriptions; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. • Sparks have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except where the law requires; any unused Sparks are forfeited if you delete your account. • Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms. Unless we state otherwise, Apple's standard EULA applies to paid content.
User-submitted content
When you submit date ideas, reviews or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use, display and adapt it within the service. You confirm your submission does not infringe third-party rights.
Prohibited conduct
Using the service, you must not: • Break any law; • Upload infringing, defamatory or harmful content; • Try to break into or interfere with our systems; • Scrape our data via automated tools at scale.
Changes and termination
We may update, suspend or terminate parts of the service at any time. Material changes will be announced in advance.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses arising from use of the service, including itinerary inconvenience, venue closure or weather changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.
